Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
    • Standard Shipping: 10 to 15 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 4 to 7 business days
    • International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days (customs processing may cause delays)
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items, including fragile or oversized products, may have specific shipping restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24-72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local postal service.
  • If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us within 5 days, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

6. Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 to 72 hours with photographic evidence of the packaging and product.
  • We will assess the damage and provide a replacement or store credit as applicable.
  • We are not responsible for damages reported outside of the designated timeframe.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional customs charges.
  • Customs processing times may cause shipping delays beyond our control.
